The venue's ambience is very calming, the staff were top notch, the audio equipment set up can be heard very cleanly throughout the venue and outside and the atmosphere was amazing!

Dominique is an amazing host - a rare find in Toronto. She was quick to respond, accommodating, and extremely understanding. I had a few issues with my event, and she was flexible in changing my dates. Furthermore, the venue was clean, accessible, and many amenities that were perfect for our event and audience. The consistent feedback we got from attendees was 'Where did you find this venue' - they loved the atmosphere of the Zen Den Room and the plant-based offerings the cafe had.
This is not so much of a dislike at all; the room is a bit smaller than I had expected. Did not affect on our event as we were a small group anyways.
