The space had many options for backdrops. Nice lighting, spacious, air conditioning
Whomever opened the studio for myself and partner, entered the studio without warning half an hour before our slot was to be finished. This made myself and my friend very uncomfortable.
The place was beautiful! It was such a nice vibe. I would definitely recommend getting the elevator service because it is a little high up but overall the hosts were super friendly and kind. They were available to help the entire night!

This space what the perfect venue for my music video! Loved every minute! Darwin was amazing and answered any of our questions in a timely manner! My team and I have no complaints. I highly recommend for content creators, filmmakers and artists!

RULES:
-Refundable damage deposit of $500 required for bookings. (No exception)
-No smoking of any kind is allowed in the studio.
-No cooking or food warmer device allowed (any catering and food must be delivered already cooked and only the microwave can be used to warm food)
-No glitter or confetti
-No Candle wax dripped on floor or other surfaces
-If needed, all furniture moved must be lifted and not dragged.
-All activity must be contained within the unit; no activity permitted in the hallways
COVID-19 CANCELATION POLICY:
Cancelations related to Ontario COVID-19 lockdown receive full money back at anytime. cancelations due to clients or guests testing positive for COVID-19 are not entitled to a refund.
PARKING:
The studio doesn't include parking but these are many options nearby
ELEVATOR:
-there is an elevator currently used Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
-The elevator is available after 5pm and on weekends for an extra cost ($15/hr)
MINIMUM AGE:
although we allow all ages, the person booking and responsible of the studio must be 21 years old or older.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be discounted from your damage deposit and/or billed to the credit card on file
