Hello, I'm Ania, the founder of Leaside Studio—a chic and adaptable space dedicated to hosting unforgettable photoshoots and intimate gatherings.

Your rental includes over 900 square feet of studio space, including two large farmhouse tables with 24 white rustic-style restaurant chairs, and all other furniture that you see in the photos at the studio. Pricing does not include any decor or cutlery set-ups, that can be booked additionally with us.
We offer table set-ups which include plates/cutlery/table decor for $10.00/per person as an add-on to your rental. We also offer the ability to rent our 42inch TV with HDMI cables for your booking at an additional $35.

This venue was absolutely perfect and everyone not only had a great time but commented on how well Ania did in preparation for our event. We loved our time and were so lucky to have this venue available to us.

Ania and Olivia were very easy to talk to and they answered all my questions! The venue was exactly how it was pictured and very spacious for the 30 guests I had! Would definitely recommend coming here to celebrate an event!!
