A light-filled studio loft gallery defined by expansive white walls and high ceilings that provide a functional blank canvas for installations and events.
Design: The interior is minimalist and uncluttered, with pale polished floors and simple timber fittings that keep sightlines open. The room presents restrained architectural details and smooth surfaces that foreground objects and installations.
Features: The venue includes a PA system and speakers and allows use of own music. The venue provides Wi-Fi, air conditioning and accessible toilets. The open, unobstructed floor plan accommodates staging, equipment rigs or temporary displays, and basic furniture can be arranged on request.
Ideal for: Creative teams and small organisations that need a flexible, understated space for seated presentations, product displays or relaxed standing receptions.
What sets it apart: A set of freestanding curved partition panels allows the open floor to be reconfigured into private booths or display alcoves.

Things to note:
• Studio Bookings between 7am-10pm. Multi-Day bookings must also abide by this window.
• The space is Bluetooth / Chromecast / Wifi Equipped.
• Bluetooth Speaker is available with all bookings
• Kitchen is equipped with a Sink, Stove, Fridge and Dishwasher.
• Window shades are electric and can be raised or lowered
• There is a small minimum mandatory cleaning fee for all bookings
• Event bookings are subject to an additional cleaning fee dependent on capacity and use
• Can Provide list of Preferred Vendors (Catering, etc)
• Can Provide list of Preferred Photographers (Event, Portrait, etc)
• This is a hard loft, is a 120 year old building, and is subject to imperfections
• The building is not Accessible for Wheelchairs (minimum 6 steps)
• The building has a Standard elevator
• The building has a Freight elevator and dock(additional cost, must be reserved in advance)
• Both elevators are within steps from our studio
