About this space

The Moonlight Room is a hidden restaurant tucked behind TacoTaco in Kensington Market. With a capacity to host up to 194 guests, for unforgettable parties. The decor is accentuated by chandeliers, lush greenery, and customizable seating arrangements to suit any event. Large and versatile, the Room is perfect for birthday parties, corporate parties, meet ups, weddings and conferences, and movie/music video shoots.

Included in the rental is the professional sound system (with karaoke), party nights, bar staff, security on weekends and clean up. The room is served by the TacoTaco kitchen.

Our rental prices start at list rates. Weekends are subject to premium rates. Please contact for customized pricing based on your event needs.

We also offer catering, starting at $6 per person for light catering (pizza, loaded nachos, loaded fries), to $17 per person for a full meal.

Key house rules: no outside alcohol allowed; Friday/Saturday evenings are 19+, external catering not allowed, but you are welcome to bring your own dessert or birthday cake

I had my wedding shower with about 50 people at the Moonlight Lounge. All communication from the first contact was quick and clear. The owner and staff were very attentive and helpful. The venue is spacious, the atmosphere is cozy, the sound system worked very well, and the prices are reasonable. My guests had a great time, with tasty appetizers and access to several drinks at the cash bar. In short, everything was perfect, and I will definitely consider them for future events.
