Located in Toronto’s west end, The Unity Studio is a versatile, high-end venue perfect for private events, corporate mixers, birthdays, concerts, comedy nights, fundraisers, wedding packages, and more! Our open-concept design creates an intimate yet spacious feel, featuring skylights, a velvet-curtained stage, a professional sound system, and a tuned upright piano—ideal for performances and celebrations. The space includes a full kitchen, flexible seating (30 banquet chairs), multiple tables available, accessible features, WiFi, and evening parking.
Rental Details:
💰 Venue Rental Fee: $300/hour - minimum 4 hour rental
🧼 Cleaning Fee: $240 per rental
🛡️ Security Guard Fee: $255 minimum for 5 hours, $45 each additional hour
- 50 to 100 attendees - 1 security guard required
- 100 to 150 attendees - 2 security guards required
🛋️ Private Lounge Available: $250 extra
🍷 If serving alcohol, clients obtain an SOP from the AGCO website and will need to purchase event insurance from a site like Duuo or PAL.
⌚︎ Rentals can go as late as 2 a.m. and our end of night protocol is:
- Last Call at 12:30 a.m.
- Lights On/Guests Depart by 1:15 a.m.
- Clean Up until 2 a.m.

- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Dry events welcome
- Must attain a special events license to serve alcohol at your event from the AGCO website - simple process - responsible for the fee.
- 30 Banquet chairs available and three folding tables - all other rentals must be outsourced
- The space must be fully cleaned up and returned to the original layout
- Security Cameras inside and outside space will be active
- Standard 30-day cancellation policy
- All garbage is to be taken out to the on-site area by the renter prior to leaving the venue

About The Unity Studio
This spacious loft includes a large kitchen with ample counter space, a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a large sink, two washrooms (one including a shower), a washer/dryer, an office/greenroom/bridal suite space, and plenty of seating. The entrance is also accessible with an accessible washroom.
This space can be used for private and corporate events, birthday parties, cooking demonstrations/classes, community dinners, open mic nights, small wedding ceremonies, performances, photoshoots and much more.
