Host rules

If you damage or break props, furniture, or equipment you will be charged the full amount for the piece(s).
After event/shoot the studio has to be returned in the same condition as booked or an additional $50.00 will need to compensated on your account.
All shoots have to be paid in full at the time of booking.
The Luna Studios does not provide refunds but it offers studio credit for cancelled bookings.
Security deposits for events are to be returned at the end of the event.
No smoking allowed in the studio/ building.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

The space is open, great natural light and so many great options for cute spots and opportunities for family photos.
You should get a neutral sliding flat that can be used to bounce light back into the room & more importantly, slide across the kitchen area so we don't see in reflections or as an accidental background while chasing small children around.

I loved the venue, and decor. My guests were super happy, and my baby shower couldn’t be more perfect.
The communication. It was very frustrating at times trying to get answers and being left on read several times.

The studio and the set up was lovely. Very happy with how the whole event went.
We booked the slot from 12 to 3 PM for a baby shower. We weren’t given access information in advance and had to call when we got there. This wasn’t a huge issue. Communication could have been managed better. The downside was that I got a call at 2:52 PM to start vacating the studio, which we did. We started packing up the food. At 3 PM, the doors open and the cleaning crew came in. While I understand we were booked till 3 PM only, they could see that we were packing up and clearing out. One of the ladies came up to me and said, if you don’t leave immediately, we need to charge you for an extra hour. Please get everyone to leave immediately. It felt very like a very rude and abrupt ending to a happy ending. Again, communication could have been handled better.
