★ RENT OUR LIGHTS & GEAR:
1. RENT Mood Lights (all the string lights and neons you see): $80+tax
2. RENT Professional Photography Lights on C-Stands (strobes which flash), $150+tax
3. RENT Video Light Kits (constant lights with varying colour temps, but set to Pure White by default), $150+tax
4. BOOK multiple 9' wide coloured backdrops for photoshoots which are billable at $9/foot for whatever is stepped on or touches the ground and then needs to be cut off.
5. RENT Big screen on a swiveling wall-mount, for tethering your laptop (HDMI, portrait-orientation [vertical] only) 100+tax
6. RENT Projector + 9' Screen. $100+tax

✖︎ RESTRICTIONS:
- Minimum age to book is 25.
- All events must be limited to your peer group, and not the general public.
- NO DJs, NOR bringing your own speakers. We have a noise capacity in order to be courteous neighbours, so we include our own speakers into evert rental. For this reason, we DO NOT ALLOW any outside speakers in our space. Noise complaint fines are issued by the city of Toronto and begin at $500.
- Failure to respect this may result in police presence and an immediate eviction from our unit.

✖︎ A FEW SIMPLE RULES, PLEASE:
1. Indoor shoes only (or shoes off). Heels for women = OK if wiped down at the door.
2. Keep our entrance door CLOSED at all times.
3. All upstairs areas are strictly off-limits.
4. CAREFUL with the curtains; they're irreplaceable.
- No food or drinks near the curtains nor on windowsills.
- Do not touch curtains if you've handled glitter, baby oil, or shimmer, etc. Basically just stay away from the curtains ?
5. Never let anyone you don't know into the studio, regardless of who they say they are.

✖︎ CLEANING:
- We do NOT charge cleaning fees.
- Why? - Cleaning is very expensive and costs a lot of money, so we'll save you the fees and us the hassle of trying to schedule it right after your event. Please leave the space CLEANER than you found it. Put everything back where you found it, and before leaving please sweep the floor for the sake of the next guest. You must also take out all of your own garbage and leave a fresh garbage bag inside of our bin for the next renter.
- If someone spills a drink, please immediately mop it up (and use some water if it was a sticky drink spill). It's SUPER hard to clean sticky floors, so please be responsible.

FAQ
No, outside speakers are not permitted. The venue has a sound system loud enough to enjoy music without causing a noise complaint, and guests can queue a Spotify playlist for the night.
Yes, guests can bring a karaoke machine and related equipment. The venue would be happy to have them.
No. The studio is rented as is, so anything beyond its existing arrangement must be handled within the hire time. It must be returned to the same condition, with everything put back exactly as found; permanent decorations such as wall holes or Scotch tape are not allowed, although painter’s tape is fine.
No, a photo booth may not make much sense because renting one costs a lot of money. The loft has many spaces that are great for photos, so guests can take photos throughout with a photographer or simply take selfies.
Yes. A projector and speakers are available and can be set up for use.
