About this space

A bright, private event hall in South Etobicoke for tech meetups, workshops, training days, panels, product launches and networking nights. Seats 100 to 150 (theatre or classroom) or holds 200 standing, and up to 250 with our breakout rooms. Every booking includes three large presentation screens, a sound system with microphones, Wi-Fi, a fireplace lounge, kitchen access for your caterer, free coffee, tea and water, an outdoor patio, soundproof phone booths and free on-site parking.

• Weekday evening events end by 10:30 pm; please keep noise reasonable.
• No weddings or nightclub-style parties.
• Outside caterers are welcome. Alcohol is allowed only with Smart Serve certified bartenders and an Ontario Special Occasion Permit where required.
• Please check in at reception on arrival and keep your group within the booked space and shared common areas.
• No confetti, glitter, open flames, or anything taped, nailed or stuck to the walls.
• Please leave the space as you found it; standard cleaning is included. Damage beyond normal use will be charged.
• Please be respectful of Office146 members and staff working in the building.
