*About Us*
We are Hadi & Rita—a brother and sister duo with a love for photography and interior design. We wanted to build an affordable, fully-equipped space with multiple themes for every type of photoshoot. Hence, we created this space.
*The Space*
The space is a fully-equipped, high-ceiling, 1000 sq. ft photography studio rental located on Yonge & Sheppard. Our space has 6 different themes enclosed in one private space—all for one price.
*The Concept*
We combined 5 different themes into 1 all-inclusive luxury space. We have over 50 furniture & decor items ranging from modern & futuristic to vintage & funky. (Every setup is included in your booking.)
*The Perks*
Our space has a 13 ft ceiling, 4 panoramic windows, high-speed wifi, battery-powered equipment, C-stands, modifiers, backdrops (black, white, and gray), a makeup station, a dressing room, a semi-functional kitchen, a shared floor washroom, and easy-access paid parking.
*The Neighbourhood*
We are located on Yonge & Sheppard with direct access to Highway 401. The Yonge-Sheppard subway is located directly under our building. Numerous restaurants, fast food chains, grocery stores, and pharmacies surround us.

Host rules
- You are not permitted into the space until the mandatory $300 security deposit is paid upon arrival; this will be refunded to you after your session
- Staff will inspect the space after your departure time. If no studio policies were broken and there is no damage to the property, items within the property, missing items, displaced decor, and/or noise complaints, you will be refunded the full deposit amount
- Pornography, violence, racism, or any content that induces discrimination is not to be filmed at the space
- Activities including, but not limited to, smoking, weed, and vaping are strictly prohibited
- Outdoor shoes are not permitted within the space. Please either take off your outdoor shoes, cover them, or wear indoor shoes upon arrival. Shoe coverings will be provided
- Items must be returned to their original location before your session time ends. Failure to return all decor & furniture will result in a $125 minimum cleaning fee
- If you wish to play music in the space, please ensure that the volume is at a reasonable level, as the studio is located in a professional building. Any noise complaints will result in a $200 withdrawal from your deposit
- If you wish to bring your own props, you will be permitted to do so, given that they are a reasonable size that is less than 30 pounds. If you are uncertain whether a prop is reasonable, contact us
- Animals are not permitted in the space; if a guest arrives with an animal, they will be asked to remain outside the building at all times. Failure to comply will result in a $125 minimum cleaning fee
- Any items that may risk damage to the property, including, but not limited to, body paint, body oils, glitter, fire, open flame, smoke bombs, and fog machines are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $125 minimum cleaning fee
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
