About this space
Hadi and Rita started Hadaki because photography studios kept doing the same annoying thing - charging more the moment you wanted a different backdrop or set. Their fix was straightforward: build a place where one price covers everything and nobody has to negotiate for access to their own booking.
The studio is at Yonge and Sheppard. Subway is right below the building, Highway 401 is nearby for anyone driving. Inside, the floor runs to 1000 sq. ft with 13 ft ceilings and four panoramic windows. Five themed sets live in there - modern and futuristic at one end, vintage and funky at the other, with 50-plus furniture and decor pieces spread across all of them.
Your booking covers the whole lot. Both makeup stations, the dressing room, all the equipment - C-stands, modifiers, battery-powered gear, backdrops in black, white and grey, fast wifi. There's a semi-functional kitchen on site, shared washroom on the floor, and paid parking right outside.
The neighbourhood fills in the rest - restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and a pharmacy all within easy reach if the session runs long.
Private access, full studio, flat rate. No hidden set fees, no choosing between themes. Just the whole space for however long you've booked it.

Host rules
- You are not permitted into the space until the mandatory $300 security deposit is paid upon arrival; this will be refunded to you after your session
- Staff will inspect the space after your departure time. If no studio policies were broken and there is no damage to the property, items within the property, missing items, displaced decor, and/or noise complaints, you will be refunded the full deposit amount
- Pornography, violence, racism, or any content that induces discrimination is not to be filmed at the space
- Activities including, but not limited to, smoking, weed, and vaping are strictly prohibited
- Outdoor shoes are not permitted within the space. Please either take off your outdoor shoes, cover them, or wear indoor shoes upon arrival. Shoe coverings will be provided
- Items must be returned to their original location before your session time ends. Failure to return all decor & furniture will result in a $125 minimum cleaning fee
- If you wish to play music in the space, please ensure that the volume is at a reasonable level, as the studio is located in a professional building. Any noise complaints will result in a $200 withdrawal from your deposit
- If you wish to bring your own props, you will be permitted to do so, given that they are a reasonable size that is less than 30 pounds. If you are uncertain whether a prop is reasonable, contact us
- Animals are not permitted in the space; if a guest arrives with an animal, they will be asked to remain outside the building at all times. Failure to comply will result in a $125 minimum cleaning fee
- Any items that may risk damage to the property, including, but not limited to, body paint, body oils, glitter, fire, open flame, smoke bombs, and fog machines are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $125 minimum cleaning fee
