Walls lined with plaques, posters, and collected treasures reflect a history of managing major Canadian music artists like Simple Plan. Exposed brick, wood beams, and luxurious lounge seating give the space warmth and texture. Both functional and inspiring, it’s a space built by and for artists. Available for photography rentals as a lived-in, music-driven office backdrop. Please inquire about film/television rentals.

Lighting- 10 large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Spadina Ave provide natural light during the day. Each window can be covered with the installed blinds. They are not blackout curtains, but they do block most of the natural light. The hanging ceiling lights provide warm white light around the space and can be turned on/off as needed.
Sound- Noise from neighbours and street noise is minimal most of the day. Moderate street noise can be expected around rush hour (4:30-6:00 pm). The ceiling-mounted fans produce moderate noise, but can be turned off as needed.
