Booking an event was smooth. Dean, the organiser I was talking to was mostly on top of things. Any information I required was provided in brochures or messages and were very clear. Communication was easy as well with their own online messaging venue. There plenty of options offered which helped in making the right choices for my specific event. The event itself was handled by the selected restaurant very well. Corrdination at the start of the venue was clear and staff were good during the service. Overall a successful event in a cozy venue as I had hoped for.
There were minor hiccups along the way just with miscommunication. I was told that BYO spirits of our choice are possible but warned of high corkage. However, on the day itself, we were told that only wine was allowed. I had beef gifted spirits and part of the program involved shots with guests but we were not allowed to drink the spirits. Yhe invoice had to be resent as well because there was an error when the first invoice was sent. No big issues.

Just speaking regarding booking alone as the event itself is still to happen. Dealing with Dean made spurcing for a venue and booking one really easy. Responses were quick, important information laid out, communication was easy. Looking forward to hosting my event at The Private Kitchen.
