FlourMill is an affordable new home for the facilitators and communities that once gathered at The Authentic Living Centre, the FlourMill Space hosts workshops in conscious dance, tantra, breathwork, somatic healing, massage, yoga, and beyond - supporting practices that nourish body, mind, and spirit.
The space is fitted out with a Luxury Airsprung Dance Floor, making it perfect for ecstatic dance.
