A spacious 16m x 12.5m working area and 4.2m ceiling clearance, the studio features a dual-screen LED video wall offering endless flexibility for both practical and virtual set designs. The space is equipped with a professional lighting rig, 35 motorised hoists, 3-phase power, and optional access to a full range of lighting, video, audio and set equipment.

Host rules
No smoking inside the studio or building
Water only permitted inside the studio space (no food or other beverages)
No open flames or pyrotechnics without prior written approval
Outside catering is permitted (in designated areas only)
All equipment must be handled with care and returned in original condition
No screws, nails, or adhesives on walls or floors without approval
Bump-in/bump-out must occur within your booking time
Noise levels must be kept reasonable in shared areas
All rubbish must be removed or disposed of in provided bins
After-hours access requires prior arrangement and may incur an additional fee
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
