About this space

The Medals Function Room is a Function Room in Mantra Parramatta that features a high coffered ceiling which gives the space formal proportions and clear sightlines.

Design: The room presents dark wood panelling along the lower walls and pale painted upper walls that keep the space visually grounded. The décor pairs patterned carpet, black banquet chairs and white table linen, and recessed spot lighting maintains even illumination across the floor.

Features: The function room includes a fixed projection screen and a built-in PA system with speakers for presentations or speeches. The room provides Wi‑Fi and air-conditioning, and external DJs or own music are allowed subject to the venue's noise restrictions. The space has step-free access, a wheelchair-accessible layout and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: The Medals Function Room suits organised, seated dinners and formal meetings that favour a structured room plan and a polished, professional tone.
