Green Room hires subject to $75 set up & pack down fee per session.

- No smoking in the building at all times
- For dry hires, any lost swipe cards will incur a $100 replacement fee
- For dry hires, any phone calls to staff for technical support will incur a fee starting at $50 per 30 minutes.
