The aircon, Bluetooth speaker, mirrors and affordability. Personal bathroom.
Wish it was more soundproof for singing. Could hear other rehearsal rooms. Wasn't sure where to fill water bottle.

Easy access god communication.
Not really a dislike but the Bellwood before went over time so it would be good to get a 15 minute buffer to let the people before take their time to exit.

Nice cozy private space, Air Conditioner worked splendidly to keep cool and access to a toilet in the room was really handy!
There was a leftover item on the shelf supposedly from a previous user.
