Introducing The Hay Room, our dedicated video conferencing space. Accommodating up to 14 people around a spacious boardroom table and up to 40 people theatre layout, The Hay Room features ClickShare and an HDMI cable for seamless projection onto two large LCD screens.
The room is equipped with an advanced camera setup, providing a comprehensive view for remote participants and multiple drop-down microphones will ensure clear communication for all attendees, both in-person and externally.
