Very poor communication
Only communication after pending booking was that we needed a combined room - asked if this meant two rooms and didn't hear back for 2 days until I reached out to ask if we could just have the one (over phone which was ignored twice and then the chat), then the booking request was cancelled with no further explanation. If I knew I was going to wait two days for a cancelled booking, I could have booked other places with more notice.
