This vibrant studio comes with its own kitchenette and toilet access, making it an excellent choice for various purposes such as training sessions, meetings, auditions, recitals, creative projects, or photography.

The spacious area measures 100 square meters, and is fully air-conditioned for comfort. It is equipped with audio capabilities provided by 2 x EV ZLX 12 BT speakers, which can be controlled either through Bluetooth or cable connections.

In addition to that, the studio features mirrors, a cozy couch and chairs, full RGB fitout, as well as a 5200K ceiling LED for optimal lighting conditions. The windows are covered with privacy mirror film, ensuring transparency only during the nighttime.

Depending on the nature of the activity, the studio can easily accommodate 20-30 people.

Typical daytime usages include: dance classes, dance rehearsals, bodybuilding posing sessions, martial arts classes, acting, yoga classes, meditation classes.
The space is also available for night time social gatherings, functions, and dance events until 12am.
