The Sutherland room is also the ultimate space for beachside social events with a surf-chic style. Catering for 70-110 guests, the pillar-less room also features an adjoining covered balcony ideal for post-conference drinks and canapés.
All external contractors and suppliers chosen by the client for the event must be approved by the hotel's Event and Catering Coordinator. They are responsible for all aspects of delivery, setup, and breakdown.
Contractors engaged by the client must have public liability insurance and provide evidence of such insurance before entering the hotel's premises.
If the client wishes to use a third-party supplier for Audio Visual services or equipment, additional charges may apply for onsite labor, use of hotel facilities, storage, or equipment.
