All external contractors and suppliers chosen by the client for the event must be approved by the hotel's Event and Catering Coordinator. They are responsible for all aspects of delivery, setup, and breakdown.

Contractors engaged by the client must have public liability insurance and provide evidence of such insurance before entering the hotel's premises.

If the client wishes to use a third-party supplier for Audio Visual services or equipment, additional charges may apply for onsite labor, use of hotel facilities, storage, or equipment.

We were in chats with Natalie and Shelley leading up to the baby shower, regarding what we wanted with catering, venue, bar tab and right down on how we can do our gender reveal. I would highly recommend this venue for its location, friendliness and food.
