The venue is a rectangular studio with timber-effect floors, neutral painted walls and a low-to-medium recessed ceiling. Natural daylight enters from side windows and a branded feature wall anchors one end of the room.
Room features: The venue provides air conditioning for temperature control and a PA system with speakers for class audio and playback. The open, unobstructed floorplate supports uninterrupted movement and camera positions.
Best for: Yoga and Pilates classes, movement and wellness workshops, and filming short practice or instructional videos.

Nothing can be lit in the studio, No incense, sage, palo santo, etc. It will ignite the smoke alarm and call the fire brigade.
After hire the studio needs to be left as found:
Please turn the air con off.
Sweep the whole floor and clean any marks.
Props are to be neatly put away.
Lights off.
Rubbish is taken with you.
Curtains and desk replaced as you found them.
Keys are to go back in the safe.
If the space is left in an unsatisfactory condition that requires additional cleaning, the hirer will be charged for any cost of additional cleaning.
Signs may not be displayed or affixed to any facility by hirers except with the permission of the owner.
Drawing pins, nails, screws or adhesive tape must not be used on the walls or floorboards.
The hirer is responsible for any breakages, theft, or damage caused to the space or the equipment resulting from the hirer’s use of the space.
