About this space

An affordable creative space perfect for photography, rehearsals and other creative uses. We are located a short stroll from Central Station and Oxford St in Surry Hills, Sydney. Our space features white, black and chroma green photography backdrops, 4 x softbox lights (not flash) and an abundance of natural light. The studio is approx 32 sqm in size and can accommodate up to 8 people. The studio also has a few chairs, a clothing rack and an LCD tv screen. Cheap.

The white paper backdrop was so dirty. We couldn’t use half of our video and reels because we couldn’t erase the dirt in the background. It was an eye sore

The different backgrounds, the studio space

One of the lights with the bulb was broken, and the chain for the white backdrop was also broken; I had to put the white backdrop back in place by hand. The fan should be cleaned or replaced with a new one; it is very heavy to move during the photoshoot. And there is no lights at all in the room, only using the one for the photoshoot
