Bookings & Payments
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment.
• Studio hire includes setup, shoot, and pack down time.
• Overtime is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
• Full payment must be made prior to or on the day of hire unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations
• Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations within 72 hours of the booking.
• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Studio Use
• Clients must leave the studio in a clean and tidy condition.
• Furniture and equipment must be returned to original positions.
• Additional cleaning, rubbish removal, or damage repair may incur extra charges.
• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited inside the studio.
Equipment & Safety
• Studio equipment may only be operated by approved or qualified personnel.
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused during the hire period.
• External equipment must comply with Australian safety standards.
• Unsafe activities, open flames, smoke effects, or hazardous materials are not permitted without prior approval.
Conduct
• Clients and crew must behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
• Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
• Eden Studios reserves the right to end any booking that breaches these conditions.
Insurance & Liability
• Clients are responsible for their own insurance where required.
• Eden Studios is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items or equipment.
• All persons entering the premises do so at their own risk.
Access & Security
• Access is limited to booked hire times unless otherwise arranged.
• Clients must not share access codes or allow unauthorised entry.
• Additional fees may apply for after-hours access or security requirements.
By booking the studio, clients agree to comply with these terms and ensure all crew, guests, and contractors do the same.
