The Space Studio at Urban Oasis by One Playground is a wellness studio for yoga, breathwork, meditation, Mat Pilates, workshops, and private group sessions. GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING
• No smoking in the building
• Damage to the space will result in an extra charge
PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
• Please note that a surcharge of 15% may apply (at One Playground’s discretion) on all charges for events/shoots held on Public Holidays, whether or not the Public Holiday is announced at the time of confirmation.
BRANDING/ DECOR
The use of branding, decor and decals is permitted. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to any wall, door, ceiling or fixture of the premises unless authorised by One Playground in writing. Should they be used without notification, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Smoke machines, pyrotechnics and flammable liquids may not be used in any area of the premises.
ENTERTAINMENT
Please liaise with One Playground about the nature of your event/ shoot, and if entertainment is needed. All entertainment must be approved by prior arrangement with One Playground. No equipment or items may be brought into the facilities which may present a hazard.
(ii) minors are only permitted on the premises in the company of their legal or parental guardian and will be required to be identified and may not consume alcohol during the
event/ shoot; they may be asked to exit the premises by a designated time or otherwise leave the premises at One Playground’s sole discretion. Adults may be served alcohol but agree that by signing this agreement that they will take care with alcohol around minors and ensure that no alcohol is given to anyone under the legal drinking age;
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
Urban Oasis by One Playground is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
