Host rules
1. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session.
2. Keep voices low outside the recording room.
3. Silence all phones, smartwatches and electronic devices.
4. Do not touch microphones, cameras or recording equipment unless instructed.
5. Avoid tapping the table, shuffling papers or making unnecessary noise.
6. Food is not permitted inside the studio.
7. Drinks must have secure lids and be kept away from equipment.
8. Close the door gently when entering and leaving.
9. Respect your allocated booking time, including setup and pack down.
10. Leave the studio clean and tidy for the next recording.
11. Report any equipment issues immediately.
12. Follow the studio operator's instructions at all times.
Recording Etiquette
• Speak clearly and at a consistent distance from the microphone.
• Avoid interrupting other speakers.
• If you make a mistake, pause and start the sentence again.
• Wait a few seconds before speaking after recording begins and before it ends.
• Minimise movement if using a sensitive microphone.
Care of Equipment
• Handle all equipment with care.
• Do not unplug cables or move cameras.
• Keep bags and personal belongings off recording tables.
• Any damage caused through negligence may incur repair or replacement costs.
Safety
• Keep walkways clear.
• Emergency exits must remain unobstructed.
• Inform staff immediately if you notice any hazards.
