To keep the studio running smoothly and ensure every creator has the best possible experience, please follow these guidelines during your booking:
1. Respect the space.
Please treat the studio, equipment, and furniture with care. Any damage caused during your session may result in repair or replacement charges.
2. Time management.
Your booking time includes setup and pack-down. Please ensure you finish on time so the next creator can start promptly.
3. Equipment use.
All equipment provided (microphones, cameras, lighting, and audio gear) must be used as instructed. Do not unplug or reconfigure setups unless approved.
4. Clean and reset.
Leave the studio as you found it. Dispose of any rubbish, return items to their original position, and ensure the space is tidy before leaving.
5. Food and drinks.
Light drinks are allowed, but please avoid messy food inside the studio to protect equipment and surfaces.
6. Noise and conduct.
Be mindful of neighbouring spaces. Maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
7. Guest limit.
Only the number of guests included in your booking are permitted inside the studio unless prior approval has been given.
8. Cancellations and changes.
