Main Room, a Dining Room in Cucinetta, is centred on an exposed timber-beamed ceiling that gives the space a defined, structured character.
Design: The room arranges dark-wood tables with bentwood chairs and woven banquettes around a tiled service bar, set on polished stone floors and simple table settings.
Features: The Main Room includes a staffed bar and a flexible dining layout that can be cleared to form a dance area. The space provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a PA system with speakers, and it permits outside DJs and own music subject to a noise restriction. The room offers step-free access and accessible toilets.
Ideal for: Small private groups seeking a relaxed, sit-down dinner that can transition into a casual standing reception.
What sets it apart: A fold-away glazed wall opens directly onto an outdoor lawn and surrounding views, creating immediate indoor–outdoor flow.
Licence Requirements
• We comply with all liquor, RSA, trading hour, and noise regulations.
• Staff may refuse alcohol service when appropriate to comply with RSA.
• Noise levels may be restricted as required.
Access
• Early access must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
BYO Policy
• Any BYO items (food or beverage) must be pre‑approved and may incur additional charges (e.g., cakeage or corkage).
Minimum Spend
• The minimum spend will be confirmed before payment of the deposit.
• It applies only to food & beverage.
• Additional services/equipment do not count toward the minimum spend.
• If the minimum spend is not met, the balance must be paid.
Outside Equipment & Decorations
• All equipment/property brought in remains your responsibility.
• All items including AV, signage, decor must be approved in advance.
• Glitter and confetti are not permitted.
• All electrical equipment must be tagged/tested.
• All items must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
Damages
• You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself, your guests, contractors, or equipment brought into the venue.
