Combine your Balcony or Main Room booking with our welcoming terrace area. This space is perfect for pre dinner aperitif and canapes. Guests are welcome to spread onto the lush grass area.

A maximum use of 45 minutes with a minimum $28 per person canape menu is required to receive this space in conjunction with one of our other spaces.

Licence Requirements
• We comply with all liquor, RSA, trading hour, and noise regulations.
• Staff may refuse alcohol service when appropriate to comply with RSA.
• Noise levels may be restricted as required.
Access
• Early access must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
BYO Policy
• Any BYO items (food or beverage) must be pre‑approved and may incur additional charges (e.g., cakeage or corkage).
Minimum Spend
• The minimum spend will be confirmed before payment of the deposit.
• It applies only to food & beverage.
• Additional services/equipment do not count toward the minimum spend.
• If the minimum spend is not met, the balance must be paid.
Outside Equipment & Decorations
• All equipment/property brought in remains your responsibility.
• All items including AV, signage, decor must be approved in advance.
• Glitter and confetti are not permitted.
• All electrical equipment must be tagged/tested.
• All items must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
Damages
• You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself, your guests, contractors, or equipment brought into the venue.
