Guests under 18 are not allowed after 5:00 pm

CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc)
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

This was my second time using this studio, and once again, I was impressed. The environment is neat and spacious, creating a comfortable atmosphere for my photo shoot. I will definitely be booking here again for my next session.
Super friendly staff and it's a great studio. Free parking which is great. Really good equipment and helpful staff and lots of room to setup and have guests waiting if need be. The podcast room looks really cool.
The larger studio with the backdrops is not sound proof and there are planes constantly flying overhead so if you need to record video and sound with a backdrop or green screen in the larger studio, look elsewhere. If you don't need sound, it's a great studio.
This was my first time hiring a photography studio, and I was amazed by the studio's size and facilities. Stefano was very friendly and helpful when needed. I will definitely book again for my future photo projects.

We also have our Recording Studio which is available for dry hire or with a recording engineer. We have the industry standard equipment and software such as Neumann TLM103, Apollo Twin Interface, Adam A7 and Yamaha HS8 monitors an much more in our recording studio
