Venue hire includes existing tables and chairs, multimedia equipment, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, basic room set-up, and 15 minutes before and after the booking for access and pack-up.
A standard cleaning fee of $120 applies to main event space bookings. Additional cleaning charges may apply for catering, alcohol, excessive rubbish or heavy cleaning.
Overtime is charged at $100 per hour, subject to availability.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance payable seven days before the event.
