About this space

The Bar Lounge sits at the heart of Pino's, around a marble-topped bar with a softly lit back bar, indoor olive trees and high ceilings. It is a semi-private space that seats up to 40 guests, or 60 to 70 standing, and works equally well for a stand-up cocktail party or long tables for a shared Italian dinner. Good for birthdays and milestones, engagement parties, work drinks, Christmas parties, product launches and client events. There are no fixed packages. We build the food and drinks around you: cocktails and spritzes from the bar, antipasto and oyster stations, handmade pasta, cacio e pepe finished in the cheese wheel, and prosecco towers. An event coordinator is included at no extra cost. Available any day of the week, including Mondays and weekday lunches, by arrangement. We are a local, family-owned business. Come in for a coffee or a glass of wine with Matteo and we will show you the space.

Host rules

• No food or drinks may be brought into the venue, except a celebration cake (a cakeage fee applies).
• We are a licensed venue and practise responsible service of alcohol.
• No smoking or vaping inside the venue or directly outside it.
• Outdoor areas close at 10pm and the glass doors are closed at 10pm to respect our neighbours; no glassware or alcohol on the footpath.
• Live music, DJs and amplified sound are welcome for whole-venue exclusive events only, with approval from our event manager in advance.
• No confetti, glitter, confetti-filled balloons, sparklers or tall candles.
• Decorations must not mark or damage walls, furniture or fittings, and must be collected at the end of the event.
• For lunch events all styling must be removed at the end so we can prepare for dinner service.
• Stylists, florists and other suppliers may access the venue from one hour before the event and must coordinate with our event manager.
• Guests may not stand on furniture or banquette cushions.
• Any damage, breakage or extra cleaning caused during the event will be charged to the host.
• Final guest numbers and dietary requirements are needed 14 days before the event.
