Studio B is apart of a fully functional recording studio and the studio is designed by internationally renowned studio designer J.H.Brandt. At 33m2 in size this psace looks incredible and also sounds incredible with perfectly controlled acoustics. Perfect for Podcasts and Video content of all types.
Air-conditioned and fully soundproof, you’ll be able to capture absolutely pristine audio to go with your shoot while in total comfort.
What the room comes with:

1. GENERAL
- Housefox Studios is a creative space for dry hire. This means we do not provide staff or assistants to set up or operate the studio space or any equipment supplied with each booking.
- The Hiree confirms they obtain the required skills to operate all equipment and studio facilities provided by Housefox Studios.
2. LOADING IN & OUT
- Load in and load out times are a part of your scheduled booking, so please be aware of this. The Hiree agrees to stick to their allocated booking times, meaning they will be loaded in and loaded out within these time frames.
3. KEEPING THE STUDIO TIDY
- All studio equipment, props and furniture have a specific location where these things live within the studio. The Hiree agrees to return all studio gear to its original location at the end of their booking. This means lighting, stands, extension leads, paper rolls, furniture, props, kitchenware, clothes racks, and the lot. If you use or move something within the studio, return it to its original place at the end of your booking.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
