The service was appaling

location

we were promised a refundable deposit. we showed the email chain from tagvenue to the staff, and they refused to honour it. extremely poor, and caused a lot of stress at the start of the event.

I received excellent attention from the pub's staff. They were always available to answer any queries or provide any support. They allowed me and my invitees to have a great night. I would totally recommend this place for private hires.

The only issue is that the place does not have an air conditioner and it can become a bit unpleasant when the place becomes crowded.
