It was a good space for the amount of guests I had
Communication was poor by the sales person, followed up to understand the food options and did not get a response, still have not received a response and actually felt quite let down. My order was £375 I was asked to pay £525 on the day, even though I had preordered at this price - being dragged away from my guests to deal with this matter was embarrassing. The order should have been checked properly and queries raised by the sales team if there was an issue. They bought up the food without asking me what time we wanted it, just took it up despite no guests. Food was not clearly labelled and I’m not confident that I got all the food I paid for, I only had potato croquettes for when I paid for 3 vegan birdcages. When queried they bought one bird cage. Not the three I paid for. Nothing was labelled to clearly identify what was meat and what was not, I asked for it to be separated and there was not enough tables to cater for the segregation of food, even when asked Additionally, I asked if there was non alcoholic prosecco, which the venue provided, I later discovered that it did contain 0.5% alcohol, which was misleading. I had guests that were not drinking for medical and religious reasons that drank this. I kept getting chased for payment in the middle of the party, even when I offered at the start I was told I can pay at the end. Which was quite embarrassing when I was trying to socialise with my guests and being dragged away to deal with the payment. Finally, the bar service was inconsistent, with the bartender not always present, which meant guests had to chase staff to order drinks. Overall, the lack of communication, organisation, and care throughout the process made what should have been a special occasion stressful and disappointing.

The staff were very friendly. The venue was large over all, and the Gallery was a good space. We ended up spread over three spaces which was ideal but was mostly due to the temp upstairs. The music was a little mixed but over all a good vibe
The aircon unit couldnt cope with full capacity and it go way too hot. Toilets were three flights of stairs away - not suitable to guests with mobility issues.

Very spacious and comfortable, good vibe, nice cocktails
Half of the group ordered small plates, while several others ordered birdcage platters. 15 minutes later, we were told that the kitchen had somehow run out of food, and that only those who ordered the small plates would receive their order. I had made a booking for 20 people and stated we'd be ordering dinner and drink days in advance, so it was very disappointing that half of us had to disrupt the evening by going out to get food. The music was also very loud, which is fine for the type of venue it is, but it would been good to have some indication of that on the profile page in case there was an expectation for something more low-key.
