Area was as explained. Staff were friendly and tried their best. Good location in the city. Was refunded what I didn't spend in the end.
Smelled of sick throughout the whole venue. Was told there would be a DJ and there wasn't. Wasn't able to open my own tab on the night which I was told I could. Was told the venue is usually full and it wasn't. Drinks weren't cleared throughout the night. We ended up clearing the area ourselves.
Excellent service!!! Highly recommend!! Friendly staff! Me and my friends all had a good time! Thank you to our amazing bar man too! He is super nice and super friendly. I was worried because I have a lot of guest coming and I thought 1 barman wouldn't be enough, but he exceeded all our expectations.
My 35 friends and I had a great night celebrating my 25th birthday. Overall, I feel booking Dirty Martini was a positive experience, the drinks were tasty and well-priced for central London. The cloakroom was a big advantage considering it is winter; it was free and the cloakroom staff were lovely. Spacious venue, bar area nice and long. Accessible area and ideally situated for the tube with a great view of St Pauls Cathedral when you leave. The live saxophonist was a bonus and enjoyed by all! Drinks really tasty.
Dirty martini will be remembered as dirty toilets and the appalling smell of vomit as we arrived which did not make it a welcoming arrival for celebrations. The ladies toilets were dirty, the floor was wet, the toilet roll holders were empty with replacement rolls on the floor and in the wet. Sink areas were strewn with paper towels, soap dispenser empty. Toilets also smelt unpleasant. Public amenities need to be maintained more frequently, especially where people are drinking and you would think in these post-COVID times that businesses would understand the importance of maintaining hygiene. Music request for a birthday song never played by the DJ and it was difficult to talk as music was so loud.
Great private area (Mezzanine) and we were so well looked after by Jake. He was fabulous!
