Everything was perfect for my late dad funeral wake.

The event coordinator Fiona was very friendly, helpful and kind. She was professional, understanding and delightful to communicate with and made the experience agreeable and smooth. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The venue was big and overall I had a great experience with the Brentford lock.

Unfortunately the toast announcement which was planned did not happen. Additionally the table cloth for our head table was too small and did not cover the whole table. Lastly, the food that was served was slightly different than the one we tasted in the menu tasting. It would've been helpful to know what ingredients were going to be used, or taste the exact food that was going to be served in advance to help us make our final decision.

Fiona was very responsive and lovely. It was a great pleasure having her as my coordinator. She made me feel at ease with the organisation of my wedding. Thank you ever so much!
