Fiona was an absolute pleasure to work with for our pre-wedding party last month. Her attention to detail, helpfulness and pro activity ensured that things ran smoothly and our guests had the best experience. Fiona showed us flexibility and went over and above to make sure everything was done as we had requested. Thank you Fiona and we will be recommending you and your lovely venue to others!

Wedding · 40 guests · August 2023 · Waterfront Suite

The event coordinator Fiona was very friendly, helpful and kind. She was professional, understanding and delightful to communicate with and made the experience agreeable and smooth. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The venue was big and overall I had a great experience with the Brentford lock.

Unfortunately the toast announcement which was planned did not happen. Additionally the table cloth for our head table was too small and did not cover the whole table. Lastly, the food that was served was slightly different than the one we tasted in the menu tasting. It would've been helpful to know what ingredients were going to be used, or taste the exact food that was going to be served in advance to help us make our final decision.
