Our meetings facility is a purpose-built, self-contained conference and training suite, designed to help you get the most out of your meeting.
Equipped with 6 fully air-conditioned meeting rooms catering from 8 boardroom style to 500 theatre style, we have room to suit any and all of your requirements.
As the Waterfront Suite is a highly adjustable space, it can be tailored to your event's specific needs. Be it an conference, a banquet, a birthday party, or a meeting of any size - the Waterfront Suite is your perfect venue.

As we are able to adjust the size of our Waterfront Suite thanks to the flexible floating walls, we are able to be flexible with room hire as well! The Waterfront Suite consists of Waterfronts 4, 3, 2 and 1, which can all be separated or connected individually. Therefore can host groups as large as 400! The total cost would depend on how much of the space is being used.

We require a minimum spend of £3,500 to open our bar in the Waterfront Suite Friday Saturday and Sunday. We are open to negotiating the minimum spend mid-week.

The event coordinator Fiona was very friendly, helpful and kind. She was professional, understanding and delightful to communicate with and made the experience agreeable and smooth. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The venue was big and overall I had a great experience with the Brentford lock.
Unfortunately the toast announcement which was planned did not happen. Additionally the table cloth for our head table was too small and did not cover the whole table. Lastly, the food that was served was slightly different than the one we tasted in the menu tasting. It would've been helpful to know what ingredients were going to be used, or taste the exact food that was going to be served in advance to help us make our final decision.
