Host rules

 All music and loud noise must cease at 1:00am on Friday and Saturdays and 12am on Sundays (The venue reserves the right to cut the power should this not be followed)
 Guests must vacate the hall directly after the music has been turned off
 Maximum volume for DJ equipment is 90 decibels, the sound system will automatically cut if this sound is exceeded
Caterer/Supplier Rules:
 The caterers must bring their own linen/crockery/equipment/glassware/waiters/staffing/licensed bartender
 They must leave the kitchen and suite exactly how they found it
 They must leave rubbish in the correct bins by 10:00pm, bring their own clear rubbish bags, if not sorted correctly, we will keep the deposit
 If they do not bring their own (clear) rubbish bags, we will charge per bag we supply
 Live cooking must be done outside with their own marquee- if they do not bring one, we’ll keep the deposit
 If the caterers are not on the preferred list of caterers they must provide all documentations and personal alcohol license and £500 refundable deposit at least 3 months prior and visit the venue before the event and sign this form
