Everything. Communication with the venue was fast, informative, and helpful. The venue building interior was to an high standard, including toilets and cloak room. All staff and security were excellent. Kitchen facilities and food were brilliant.

There was nothing I disliked.

Very poor communication

Didn't end up moving forward with exploring this venue further unfortunately, as responses were slow, and wasn't provided with any information when we asked and followed up.

Excellent communication

Even though the venue wasn’t right for us on this occasion due to distance, they were very responsive and exceptionally helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with them in future if possible.
