The Games Room provides an irreverent backdrop for your private celebration and can hold up to 32. Shelves in The Games Room are lined with books and curiosities.
The Library Room, with a capacity for 17 seated, is an intimate snug perfect for a low-key private dinner or small cocktail reception. It is home to The Ampersand’s specially-curated collection of books, providing a unique interior style and inspiration for conversation.

The Ampersand Hotel is a modern boutique hotel located by Kensington High Road Station. I used the Hotel Private Dining rooms for a 60th Birthday Drinks Reception and Dinner Party. We made use of the Library for the drinks reception and their Games Room for the Private Dining. The staff on the night were very friendly and did a good job taking care of my quests and I. Special mention for Joanne who was especially helpful and accommodating and did well to ensure the night went well.
Unfortunately the Audi Visual Equipment in the Games room was not working and had obviously not been checked beforehand. The staff on the night tried their best to get the TV Screen in the Games Room to work but without success as their appears to have been some WIFI Issues. This was very disappointing as we were unable to screen the photos and slideshow that had been prepared at great time and cost. It is disappointing to see that the Visual Equipment and facility had not been checked before the event.

All went well for us on that day. very delicious food and cake. The waiters run miles to get you almost everything.
-they did charge corkage fee state on the website conditions without and claimed that was the old conditions -it was a surprise birthday party all my guests has arrived and hide into the room. Just before me and my partner went into the room a waitress asked are you here for Mike Birthday? It would have been nice if they communicated or at least ask I would have give everything 5 stars ortherwise! I must admit I am a bit disappointed by.
Venue was intimate but well-equipped, had everything we needed and asked for. Catering was also superb with the canapes worth a special mention. We had a great time and thank Agata, Simona and the rest of the team at the Ampersand for their help arranging our event!
