Grateful for a very quick response on our last minute booking. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was great and exactly as shown in photos.
The room smelled strange (most likely the cleaning product) but everyone got used to it quite quickly.

Great location next to Paddington station and good well serviced room with all facilities. Please note I was actually in the Pullman room, not Norfolk suite.
Room in basement without windows and seemed to be under a tube station, but still worked well for my meeting.
