The venue itself is nice

Terrible rude security

Dion was an AMAZING events manager and was at hand to answer any question immediately. Staff team were friendly and very accommodating The venue is beautiful and the right size

Everyone was just supper nice to all my guests and did their jobs to the best of their ability. They really cared about my event and helped to make it a memorable one.

Dionne, the Venue Manager, was very responsive - I received a response within 24 hours whenever I made contact. The venue is so well-run and the staff are friendly. Venue met all of my requirements and the costs were reasonable. My event went so well, no hitches! Grateful to the entire Silks team.
