Great location, lovely view of the waterfront! Spacious area with lovely staff.
Good location Good value for money Flexible booking team
No toilet facilities available upstairs where the function area is. Staff downstairs and door supervisors unaware of function booking. I turned up at advised time to be told I cannot go up yet and have to wait for the person who organised the event. I told that was myself and that I had arranged to access this at 6:45pm. A lot of waiting around to be able to go upstairs. No wristbands given out as arranged. No host specific to the event. Food came out later than arranged.
Central location and friendly atmosphere
The manager was very strict about serving food at 7.30pm which was the start time of our gathering. Whilst the food was really good, the vegan option wasn't labelled. The food was served too early even though we requested to wait until more guests arrived.
The Events Planning Staff, including Emmi was great. Very helpful and accommodating. On the night the party went without a hitch. The bartender was amazing, though i felt bad as she probably could of done with some help. The Gratis shot limbo was a nice surprise.
They're were times when i rang to venue and it was left to ring out, but otherwise when i did get through everyone was super helpful
