Party hard in privacy with the Flanagan’s experience in our upstairs room. Hire the whole floor for any event, with seating for up to 80 and a total capacity of 120 guests. This space is equipped for every occasion, from AV options, to its own private bar and music facilities to make your event truly unforgettable. Just tell us what you need, and we’ll handle the rest.
*This space is on our upper floor level, unfortunately this isn't accessible for a wheelchair as it is reached via stairway access. This space isn't accessible unfortunately.

UPGRADE to the Gold food party package - Inclusive of buffet & coffee and cake to finish

*Reduced cost to have either package without coffee & cake.

DRINKS:
We have an extensive drinks party packages range which includes:
Cocktails (including our infamous Pornstar martini trees), draught pints, Brewdog mini kegs, buckets of lager or cider, bottles of spirits (and unlimited mixers), Prosecco packages & shots and bombs.
By pre-ordering a welcome drink option or from one of our drinks party packages you do receive a discount as opposed to ordering on the night.

Guests under 18 are not allowed after 20:00
Host rules
-No smoking inside the building
- BYO bottle alcohol not allowed
- Any damage to, or theft of, property at the Host Venue (including, but not limited to, music equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings, and any other property of the Host Venue) caused during the event times on the event date is your responsibility and will be charged to you at full replacement cost. Etc.
-Door staff reserve the right to refuse entry

-No under 18's after 7pm permitted
-Unfortunately the venue doesn't host 18th birthday parties
