Staff who arranged booking were very communicative and most staff on site were really helpful and polite
Quite a bit of miscommunication between organiser and staff on the ground, initially told we had to vacate 5 hours earlier than we had arranged, told we could store gifts in the venue then told we couldn’t, no draft beer downstairs then ran out of this and wine upstairs, specifically asked for non alcoholic gin to be bought in as lots of our party can’t drink for health reasons, then was refused service of after 3 drinks due to a stock taking issue. Definitely more suitable for

Great space, perfect for our night! All the staff were friendly and went over and above! They seemed to be enjoying our playlist and got involved! PA / sound system was great - could set the volume to suit the mood. Lighting likewise - could dim things down as the night got going and people started dancing.
Smelly toilets/corridor upstairs. Unwanted attention to one of our guests from another patron - a female guest got followed to the toilet. Not the venue's fault and think they kicked him out after so it was dealt with, just a bit of a shame.
