The process of booking and the communication was great with Heather. She was very quick to respond and help.
It was very quiet - at one point we were the only people in there. When I asked for more pizzas at 8:30 because there wasn’t enough individual pizzas I was told the kitchen had closed even though the pizza oven was still on and people were stood in that area. I advised I was happy to pay for the pizzas we just wanted more. No one came in to check on us. Not one Christmas song was played and at multiple times through the evening the music would just stop. It just didn’t feel very festive. I would have expected to hear at least one Christmas song. I didn’t find the staff particularly happy either, I felt everything I asked for was treated more like a chore. Toilets weren’t great - very shabby

I hosted my 23rd birthday party here and it was amazing! The communication from Megan right from the very start was excellent. Staff were super accommodating and let me set up the night before and test the music. The space is wonderful and very big! Highly recommend!

The bar itself is really nice. Atmosphere is great, with some great songs played as well. Quite reasonably priced to say other venues cost way more to hire, and the drinks were a reasonable price as well given the location. The bar was clean and we had a great time overall.
Bit misleading when booking. I thought we would of got a bigger space, however the table we got was quite small and I also thought it would have been in a corner, where it could of felt more enclosed off to us. Also, we wanted to put some balloons and celebrations up earlier, but was told that "well it doesn't start till 6" and was asked to put our balloons in a cupboard until then, which one of them popped. But, for the price it was still way worth it, but I just hoped they could of been a little more helpful towards setting up the party.
