The bartender was an awesome guy, kept up with 40+ people all night. Owner was accommodating and willing to be flexible. Great drinks, food, and atmosphere.
Some other staff member plugged in his music and speakers and started blaring music incredibly loud. Like ear-shattering loud. When asked to turn it down by host, he turned it up instead. Got angry and swore at host when host tried to turn down music on speaker because other party members were asking host to turn it down/off. Many people thought venue was trying to kick us out because the music was so loud. Very rude of that staff member.
Johnny is so flexible and easy to work with. Brendan the bartender was level-headed and made great drinks all night! The space is huge and has a great sound system, the food was good, and the location was easy to get to!
I love the venue and staff! Catered to my needs, plenty of room, the food was a generous amount. Very happy. Will likely book again.
The space was great. The food was very good. This was a very positive event for my first time planning an office party, and I'm glad that it went as well as it did.
The bar began the evening with charging guest's credit cards for beverages, but this was corrected quickly and the proper party was billed. Many details being communicated is challenging, so this is understandable. I heard some minor feedback that the venue was a little loud due to noise form downstairs, but most were comfortable with the noise level. I mostly heard that it was a wonderful event. -I'm just sad I couldn't attend as I had a conflict-Andrew
