• Guests must respect the space, furnishings, and décor at all times.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances inside the venue.
• Hookah service is only permitted when arranged through the host.
• Outside alcohol is not permitted.
• Outside catering is welcome with prior approval.
• Furniture may be moved with host approval but must be returned to its original placement before the event concludes.
• Decorations are welcome; however, nothing may be nailed, screwed, stapled, or permanently affixed to walls, ceilings, or furniture. No glitter, confetti, or open-flame candles.
• All music and noise levels must comply with local regulations and any agreed-upon event guidelines.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their booking beyond normal wear and tear.
• Events must conclude at the agreed-upon end time, including breakdown and cleanup.
• Only the number of guests included in the reservation may be on the premises unless additional guests have been approved in advance.
• Weapons, illegal activities, and disorderly conduct are strictly prohibited.
• Commercial photography, videography, and content creation are welcome.
• Please leave the space in the same general condition in which it was found by disposing of trash in the designated receptacles and removing personal belongings before departure.
